John, Intel Investors,

Based on seasonal considerations, there is a very high probability that today's closing price will be the lowest closing price in 1999.

In fact, if the price slides significantly from this level, I will become convinced that there are non-seasonal factors at work in the marketplace, and I will be become very cautious.
