I own APM, but haven't seen the tender offer. Usually these things take longer to get to me as the stock is in street name. Does the tender list the location of Growth Capital Corporation? I'm like you, I got the e-mails & phone calls and I decided at the last minute to take them up on the offer to buy my shares. I'm not sure when it will be effective but will keep you posted as to the results. I'll be suprised if the price stays lower than the $4 I'll supposedly get.
