This DOJ show is over in my opinion. The evidence against
MSFT is falling apart. From here it is going to be extremly hard
for DOJ to prove monopoly. Worst case this might go to appellate but
which ever way you slice it MSFT will win.

Maverick:They have already booked $500,000,000 (last qrtrs. bad news)in sales deferred to this quarter. They are off and running with this product. Will it be cheaper to buy an old version and upgrade?
