what gives?? Probably the old saying "buy the rumor and sell the fact" is what is going on here. I got an order in to buy but at a really low low low price, I doiubt it will even get hit but I am not going to 'average my way down the drain" either. maybe it will hit a dollar, but maybe it will hit a quarter first. good luck

Be very patient. MMs won't let it run up just yet. If there are 2 OTC stocks I'm long on it's IVOC and EDIG. I've been working in the network data communication business for 15 years now with some top-notch companies. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will allow Nortel and ADP to effectively manage their telecommunication systems through these software automated process thus providing a quality service to their clients. IMHO, more and more companies are following Cisco's methods for success. MMMM
