There is a mine of simply assimilated calcium in parsley and spinach. There is some contest that the most easily uptaken calcium is in green leafy vergetables; not dairy products.

Of course, I have no real opinion if anyone else does, and admire your well-informed nature. Sincerely.

I drink cafe au lait, probably a pint of milk a day. Gaugie is right, the green vegetables have a lot of calcium.
