Thanks Coz,question...so then the T/A is not issueing any actual dividend shares no matter if we were registered or not? In other words they will do a full accounting first, then if short no one gets the actual cert
until a settlement of some kind is made,so we all participate?
Regards
Bob

Before I go back to lurking.

FWIW I was told by Fidelity that my dividend shares would not be credited to my account prior to Fidelity receiving the actual shares themselves. They also told me that I couldn't get the certs. until the restriction was lifted. I called three different times and basically got the same answer. The last rep. was the most diligent and called the appropriate dept. in N.Y. to confirm this and said he would send them a memo to remind them to track down the dividend. He also located the Medinah Gold CUSIP for me. It is the same as reported by others; 584892996.

So far this week it seems that the visitors who predicted a price decline last weekend were right.

Good luck to all.
