You poor simple minded man. Let's go through it slooooww so you stand a chance of keeping up.
Where did that big volume today (200K) come from?
What are you on? When I look down at the bottom of this page it says average daily volume 332k, so 200K was a light day. Sheesh. I guess I could take your style and say, who sold 200k shares of ZSUN today? Couldn't have been shorts, they were busy covering right? Tip for you rookie dude, the next time you come across this situation try this....
"Wow, ZSUN held strong on a shaky day for the NASDAQ and other net stocks. Down on light volume, looking good."
That's how you post a hype piece that has that ever important shread of truth to it.
Can it be that short positions are being covered?
You better pray not. If this thing trades down with shorts covering, what would it do if they weren't buying.
Perhaps the price paid for OIA clarified?
Clarified. Hmm that would imply that it was somehow unclear. It's not unclear, it's completely friggin unknown. I hope they do clarify it, then they can prove Francoise wrong since he said we wouldn't know for years the acquisition cost since that's how these things are done.(here on Bizarro investment world)
Perhaps a little subpoena (or a bundle of them)?
Are you saying that ZSUN has subpoened someone, or are they being subpoened?
Is this a new source about "going legal" than the one you posted on May 10?
ragingbull.com

a small upstart can't afford an expensive cash bargain, it is better for both parties to settle high but subject to continuing performance of the money making acquisition; a win win deal.
You started off right, recognizing that ZSUN can't afford OIA then you had a bit of a shunt. If you can't afford it you don't get to buy it. Why would OIA do this deal? They risk everything and get nothing in return. What they might do is accept a BIG downpayment and then make a small piece contingent on performance. They had all the cards if the claimed numbers are to be believed. If OIA did sell out cheap then that is an OBVIOUS indication that their future profits are at great risk, otherwise there's zero reason to do it.

Face it dude, your the poster child ZSUN investor. Amber, your broker,(least that's what you posted on Rajun Boool) tells you to buy something and you ask how many you should buy. DD to you is the folowing.
VoyK(on the phone to ZSUN) Are you crooks?
ZSUN-No.
VoyK-Thanks.
VoyK(on the phone to Amber) Are you in bed with ZSUN?
Amber- no
Voyk- Ok then i'd like to buy some more ZSUN.
Amber-Sure, while we have you on the phone how about our latest pump, erm, investment, CQMT, we highly recommend it.
Voyk- Ok if you insist.(http://www.ragingbull.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CQMT&read=163)
You posted on RB that you rode ZSUN from $7.25 I think, all the way to $35 and all the way back down. Looks like they have the hook set good, will they finish realing you in with ZSUN or CQMT, or the next sure thing? Time will tell.
I would hope for your sake that none of the things you predicted come true for tomorrow, the SEC might be very interested in how you come to know about them before they happen.
