CM Burns, you have a very narrow perspective.
Your objective is to bash this stock down to the pennystock level.
My question about the volume and who is buying was not hyping.
You know, it doesn't always have to be about bashing and hyping.
It is a very good question.
I'll take you slowly through its significance. If it is shorters who are buying at the level 10 times higher than their declared target price, then we all know that it is high time to move in, buy more, because this stock is going to trade on its fundamentals and market condition from now on.
I only followed on the information that market makers were approached by shorters to let them cover at a discount and it was when zsun was trading @$9+. So my question now seems to me to be very timely. Is $7 3/4 the discounted price shorters were after a few days ago?

OIA again: What's wrong in Ziasun buying the moneymaking OIA now and paying for it later and price to be linked to the continuing performance (moneymaking). OIA believes in itself, believes in Ziasun, sells itself for say 10 shares worth $25 today + 1000 shares paid say 1 year from now. Can you see the incentive being built into the deal.
OIA will perform or gets less in final settlement than it hopes for.
Your question why OIA would sell at all? I don't know, perhaps the owner had to settle with his ex-wife or just it is what he does well, establishing new profitable companies and selling them. He may have even better business idea. On OIA he has done what was to be done.

That link to RB? what are you actually saying? I do not post on RB.

What would SEC want from me? They are not in a business of bashing investors and their hopes.
I can't help adding FG's timing to my own observations. I know that this stock is going up and Francois is telling me when. How he knows it I have no idea, I hope to learn these things from him one day. What I clearly remember is his prediction of a gap day and 600K volume a few days ago. And guess what?

Let me now admit that I got carried away on that subpoena think.
I'm not sure that I would be happy to see Ziasun wasting the energy and big money on a lengthy legal action. Too messy. I'd rather see a spectacular outsmarting of the shorts. Legal action perhaps would be OK on a basis of a combined effort of a few bashed companies and investors who lost because of bashing.

One more thing: We had an agreement, no names calling, if you remember.
