<<Doesn't appear that many Naz traders covered as you did, though. Any thoughts as to why? Think you were smart to cover; if the employment number's benign, we're overdue for a rally.>>

my guess...the lemming factor...gotta luv 'em...they buy high, sell lower and then get high to deal with having sold lower...<grin>

perhaps so many were selling into the close that those who covered went unnoticed...

the experienced shortseller either covered some today or hedged...however, if jobs come in super strong, then i will be weak for having covered...but i might just change stripes for a few days<until june 14th> and go long a few net stocks if the selling turns out to be ugly tomorrow...i like athm and gnet at these prices...nothing else interests me...both split in mid june...

above said, i now expect a weakish jobs number tomorrow and a big net rally...just a hunch based on seasonality...

bruce, do you work on the buy side for somebody??

or for yourself...just curious...

up late and waiting to trade...what a gas

the last month has been very good...short selling is not an easy existence but it can be very rewarding if done right...i want gnet at 88 and athm at 98...i would take nite at 45 and sws at 48...
