Interesting how REIT preferreds have gone up at the same time interest rates have increased. Comments?

Dear Richard:

I jumped ship 15 minutes till 4:00 on Friday. I do not think that REIT's will collapse, but when the RMS broke down 320 I thought it was a critical support level. Next support level is 310 so I might consider getting back in there but l/t treasuries might have a better risk reward ratio by then....I'll keep lurking but since I do not have a position in REIT's , now I will not post as often.good luck..gregor
