Anybody who has inside information and trades on it is in potential BIG trouble. I have a feeling that anyone who has will be thrown to the wolves by the investors here and the SEC, when all is said and done. There is much cracking down going on...more than people realize. There are even SEC folks monitoring these boards, and every word that is said is in the databases for all time! All of us who post are under scrutiny and that goes for those involved in the PP when or if it is proven that they have done anything illegal. I suggest all of you "longs" contact your local branch of the SEC to report any violations or abuses that are real or highly suspect....on any stock or poster, not just TSIG.
