Probably the spread is too great. However, I would not be surprised to see a small sell (which will be generated by the market makers) to scare up some sellers. This has happened before. When they couldn't get anyone to sell, they put across a small trade (1,000 shares or less) so that it would show up as a sell and frighten some into selling. We shall see.

I put a buy order for 8k shares at .38. They wouldn't budge and so I changed it to .40. Again they wouldn't budge. so for the heck of it I put in to buy at .43, still have not filled in yet. This is ridiculous. It is funny. What do they want, only sellers and no buyers?
