I remember you asked Barb Sperino how she knew that RMC merger had been completed. I don't get your point here unless it is to distract. I questioned the RMC deal from the beginning and why there was never any confirmation after the initial press release. Even at the shareholders meeting in September it became a question mark as the reverse merger into PRWT was not even finalized. Reported phone conversations with Dave Williams repeatedly cast doubt on this transaction. To single someone out as having inside information, when all you need is the brain of the Straw Man from the Wizard of Oz to question it, is rather curious. (PS: Before you start asking me, I am not Dave Williams lawyer either, you may be sure.) Besides Barbara only relates what she has been told. This isn't the only time she was wrong with the info she passed on.
