Bill,

I caught this on another thread. Did you attend this? Is there anything interesting that you can report?

Scheduled Wall Street Economic Security Workshop (3 May 1999)
We will conduct this workshop at the global headquarters of Cantor Fitzgerald (the world's largest broker of U.S. Government securities) atop the World Trade Center in Manhattan to explore the particular subject area of international finance and economic security issues. In effect, we'll game a composite Y2K scenario and, using real-world financial players, see how they'd likely respond to the challenges that ensue. Our current plans involve capturing GroupSystems inputs on the potential price movements of key financial indicators, as well as the different market environments likely to be encountered on Wall Street, London, other large European markets, and Tokyo. In addition to real-world traders, we also expect to involve a number of financially-oriented media representatives, as well as several players from the executive and legislative branches of the US Government.
