There would seem to be little point to undertaking a symbol change and RS, without having some sort of a business plan in mind. Also, given the new "CIIT" symbol, they will need to be fully up-to-date with their SEC paperwork, or face delisting to the pinks by November 99 : otcbb.com Finally, there is generally some sort of news release that accompanies a symbol change, so we should be able to look for that to appear soon. Finally, I've been doing a little digging on this one myself; do not own it, but curious... I've been speculating that the new company may be : www..chasenschili.com -- Dunno... Pana
