If you really want to see something offensive, visit the Insanity Thread. Made the mistake of going back there for a moment. I should have known better! <gg> (Ouch, all those slings & arrows...) Re impristine: I am puzzled, too. He had plenty of fans. Perhaps someone should go through the threads, collect all the positive posts about him they can find, and submit them en masse to the SI Administration. On the other hand, he may have had something of a martyr complex: seems to me he needled the SI Administration a lot, as if he wanted to be suspended. ?? But I don't know the story, so I may have that all wrong. Joan

I haven't seen any offensive post by impristine, either. I don't know what the original problem between SI and him was. And I agree with jbe-- as would impristine-- that he is very provocative and in-your-face with them. I don't know why this is the case, in spite of having talked to him quite a lot about it; though he clearly feels it to be a matter of principle. I personally think that if there is a way he could modify his posts so as to make his SI life less stressful and problematical, and continue posting, he should do it. I guess I think that because I can't think what constraints there are here that are so very intolerable. Clearly, impristine doesn't see it that way. It does seem so strange that Evil EV can post unhampered, and impristine can't. I think there is some line on which EEV keeps his eye, and is careful not to tread too very close to; and impristine, I suspect, though I admit I've never seen it, defies some line. Impristine, you could comment, if you want. I wish you would.
