As a member of the Texas bar, what is your opinion about someone who has a pending bankruptcy case in Texas and claims to be making millions in california. Sounds like Bankrupcy fraud to this layman. Is that a felony ??

response...yeah you are an idiot if you are thinking for one second about investing in this company...at some point in time you apparently had some book smarts...so, use them....are there no other co's that you can think of investing in without all of these red flags??? Get real!!!!

sweet pea--i think the legal definition of felon applies only in the criminal justice system--such as more punishment when a felon carries a gun, etc., etc.--so you need a legal definition of felon. Just because you are not caught and therefore not prosecuted does not exonerate your felonious behavior. (indeed--not guilty has no relevance of innocence).
