CH, thanks for that educational post. It was great. I was just reading about a failed IPO in Inc. magazine yesterday by a company who makes/made "strong" PCs that stand up to harsh conditions (heat, cold, motion, etc.) They spent a lot of money on the IPO trying to raise $3 million, and when the time expired on the IPO period, they only had about $600,000. The loss on trying was enough to bankrupt them.

About today's letter, one of my favorite parts is:
"We currently have four outside salespersons, and plan to grow this department to fifteen outside salespersons by year-end." It indicates to me a level of confidence in a sellable product with growing demand.

Interesting article CH, instead of acquiring a company, FNTN could become the vehicle for a company wanting to go public, thereby complimenting each others technology and business plan.
