Vendit: Sir Judge in Portland has provided the short-term boost for our warrior against the giant T. This is an interesting ruling as AOL and RBOCS have lot of friends at local levels (city, county, state) and is not in good terms with FCC, it will be a long drawn battle for T and it won't be resolved unless Supreme court hears the case. That will put brakes on T and ATHM's momentum and that is what AOL and RBOCS needed (and Doctor ordered) to make DSL as wide spread on a competitive scale as possible. ATHM going south and AOL is going north. -Nat

Hector: Do you subscribe to Quote.com or just use the freebie service? They have dedicated servers for subscribers and I've never had any problem, either with live charts or Q-charts. David T.
