So how do you explain the pattern of revisions. There was not a single report that favored bears that had to be revised.

I have an open mind on market manipulation conspiracy theories -except for the ones that Feds are involved. Some times the events look so suspecious. But, I am almost sure that the numbers put out by the administration can be heavily manipulated. It doesn't take much to figure out what the markets want for a crucial number. Really.
