Thanks for your prompt response to my enquiry. I am not familiar with this company's history or the quality of their top management.

However, I do disagree with this statement of yours: "a high profile secondary that will catapult us to new highs". This "logic" only applies to internet stocks, which are not based upon fundamentals or common sense, but the "pump and dump" of market makers, such as NETG's secondary offering as an example.
