You have a good point and the Raytheon lawsuit is a recent cautionary tale. I work for a publicly traded company and I have never posted on any of the threads or mentioned it in a public forum. However, I still prefer to be anonymous. One reason is that I am published, and if I use my real name, I could be tracked down easily and my opinions may reflect on my company -- also, there are a lot of wackos out there, and I don't want them to know my phone number.
