Great synopsis. I guess AT&T will walk away, as it is only a state decision. If they appeal and lose, it might set too much of a precedent and effect all their cable properties. I do think that I am not the only one who saw this as the tip of the iceberg, however. I suspect this decision will herald many more suits in other states from other third parties also.
