Warning: Online Investing Can Be
Hazardous To Your Wallet

(MAY-1999) -- The Internet is fast becoming an investment
tool for anyone with a computer. Already, there are
hundreds of brokerage firms offering online trading services
with an estimated 5-million people trading stocks online
each day. However, many online investors are unprepared
for the risks of actual stock market trading. Most of the
problems occur on high volume days when the market is
very volatile. Because online investing is new, it is
important that all online investors be aware of the risks.

"When an investor enters an order to buy a stock, if it
takes a long time for that order to be executed, the price
may have changed and they may end up paying a lot
more for the stock than they thought they might," says
Mary Shapiro, president, National Association of
Securities Dealers (NASD) regulation. "One of the most
important things an investor can do to limit their risk
trading online -- particularly the risk that comes from a
delayed execution of an order -- is to use limit orders
instead of market orders. A limit order is a price order that
says 'I'll buy or sell this stock only at this price or within
this price range,' whereas the other type of order, a market
order is executed at whatever the market price is when the
order is executed."

Learning the rules for investing and how to properly invest
can help consumers avoid some expensive mistakes.

To all PABN shareholders hold on to your hat. Monday should be a very interesting day. My theory and it is only mine is the following. The MM need stock because they ran out back in April when PABN when up. They slowly bring the stock down and have been buying all the time. Friday the stock trades at .074 and bounces back to .085 and closes at .081. Monday I feel the stock should begin a new leg up to .11 cents and then higher to test the old highs. I am not hyping the stock just my own theory. So JHILD don't bother to answer because we all know that you are a phoney and fake who is only interested in hurting the stockholders.

Good luck all.
