tom Its a very good statement. I wonder now how I got wrap up in Gate. But I'll ride it out till the end. we need some pointed questions/answers at the show monday. I know nothing gets done at annual meetings, its something that is required. Gate has to show a game plan to make some money. unless there is some embedded deals to be made soon, East should be running the show and saxe be a vp of actel. hoping to hear something monday how everything went. doug
