No! Secondaries are only dilutive if the price is well below market.. In BIDS case the secondary may even be highly accretive given the low stock price-Joe

Dagan, I see you take the odd look at the X-Stream (XSNI:Nasdaq) Thread on S.I.. The Internet is exploding in Europe and Asia, could be where we see the next hot Internet action. I'm still looking for a company that will operate an EBAY (Customer to Customer) style auction in Canada or the U.K., don't see a think todate, Yet EBAY is such a success in the USA, I don't understand it.!!!
