Sorry, I'm thinking of DMEC (which I was going to buy instead of NPEC). *LOL* The whole week I thought NPEC was already on the Index. It was a tough week. Guess my gibbering of NPEC seemed out of context. I thought everyone was already hip.

You know me, I would've otherwise given DD so here...

We're at bottom or on our way down. Time will tell.

So far, IR has done everything as stated on time, particularly in regards to having news releases. They've been honest about the magnitude of the news as well.

I repost my conversation of today with NPEC IR.

(the quotes are direct, the rest is paraphrasing the best I can.)

He said that their "joint venture partner's" attorney wants to ensure that the two companies releases' coincide and correlate. Unfortunately their attorney was not available Friday afternoon.

He said he "believed" that the news would be out Monday, but would only "guarantee" that it "would be out early next week".

He further stated that "There are a series of news releases coming out over the next 2-3 weeks" which will put together the puzzle that's forming in everyone's minds as to what is going to happen with NPEC and MetroPlus.

He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon/evening. He was patient and articulate. He was forthcoming, but not at all irresponsible with the information he gave me. He invited me to join their information mailing list, and he wished me a good evening.

While I am not a blind believer, I am an extremely picky person when it comes to peoples PR skills, diction, demeanor, etc. I've been in his job before, and I've even been in this situation of delay for the same reasons.

I liked what he said, and how he said it, for what it's worth.
