Democracy (or representative democracy) means following the will of the majority- disobeying that is inherently anti- democratic that is OBVIOUS or should be, even to you. What I think doesn't matter- this is purely a matter of logic. Now as to what I think- I think democracy is better than anything else- save for me being dictator. I certainly wouldn't trust anyone else with the job- and what is civil disobedience if it isn't a lot of little dictators trying to get what they want? Sure sometimes what they want is noble- but what about when it isn't? Like the civil disobedience of the abortion protestors? That is kinda ugly. I did not say a minority could NOT rise up- I said it was anti democratic and it IS- to disagree with that is to call black, white- you can go ahead and do it but you will look a proper fool.
