TO ALL: Serious Questions...

I am looking to invest in this company but there are few things that really need to be addressed.

1) Launch of site. If the stock is going to do anything THIS YEAR, it will need to be launched and marketed effectively no later then August. Keep in mind the seasonality of toy sales. The bulk is sold around the Christmas holiday. If the site is launched too late it will miss a very big opportunity for this year.

2) The website - the current site that is up there is an eye soar. Moreover, the site breaks a handful of basic Internet 101 rules.

A. Frames - frames show a sign of internet programming weakness. Lose the frame on top.
B. Load time - pathetic! Mouseovers are cool but takes way too long to load.
C. Large Pictures - The toy collage on the home page along with others are way too big and loads slow. Better to either shrink or break the picture up into several pictures.
D. Black Background - I have never seen a professional website use a black background. (Except the adult sites) The yellow/pink writing is extremely hard to read just lacks professionalism.

E. The last point really drives home a huge point regarding the website. The whole theme lacks quality. I hate to be harse but the site is not inviting and visibly pleasing. Good sites are crisp, attentive grabbing and inviting. The company should invest in some better graphics (logos and creative) In addition, they should hire a top notch web development team and design a real good site.

3) The company really needs to announce a marketing strategy. One recommednation is to launch an AFFILIATES program much like AMAZON and the other big boys. Affiliates programs are a truly awesome way to market a site. It gives the company a vehicle to penetrate the marketplace quickly and inexpensively.

The company has some impressive management and a strong partner for the toy distribution. But there is a reason their stock is around $1.00.

If they would address some of the points I highlighted I think you would see some postive movement on this stock. (And I would jump on the bandwagon)
