Who said anything about brutalizing anybody? I believe in moderate corporal punishment, a couple of spanks on the bottom when they are little, but that is not especially what I had in mind. Mostly, it is a matter of who gives up first. Woman are more inclined to be nice, men are more inclined to think that the discipline is important. Children test limits, boys are especially prone to doing so...
