Bald Eagle I placed an order three weeks ago. I didn't get it yet. This type of service is a very big concern. They had the same problems with the old site and they were supposed to be corrected with the new site. The next time someone speaks to Mr. Gordon they should let him know that customer satisfaction and service is paramount. Obviously he does not understand since the same problems have been ongoing for many many months. Since Mr. Hwang has left who is going to fix,update and maintain the web site? Dennis
