I've never heard of not being able to apply the profits from a division, subsidiary or joint venture to the bottomline of the parent company. Once again you are caught not reading the source material. The oath that the directors of this joint venture must take clearly spell out the limits that are imposed on the disposition of these revenues and the application that can be made of deposits insofar as their availability to be used by affiliated non-bank subsidiaries of the Parent. Maybe you and John Schmitz should take some remedial study programs together. You seem to have the same affinity for misunderstanding as may suit your purpose.
