PABN has a board of directors. It has to have one by law, Delaware State Corporation Law. If it did not have a board of directors, the company would become defunct. So, my statement that they have a board of directors is not a startling one, nor is it news, nor is it something I merely "claimed." It is not up to me to do your DD for you, to "back it up with names and titles" even though the link I gave you happens to be a list of "names and titles." If you want a different list than the one posted by the company on its website, then you need to tell them you think their list is wrong and that they should give you the right one. This really is rather simple. I've explained it to you twice. If you don't get it by now, I don't know what else to say about it. All of this to distract from your really strange comments based on the fact that you didn't know what a control party is or an affiliate is and that you think the OTS is made up of a bunch of buffoons who wouldn't notice if a thrift changed its management and so they would not check out the new management. You are only getting in deeper. I suggest dropping it. PCM GO PABN!!!

Since you didn't answer me the first time, let me try again. What is it that you are looking for that would convince you that PABN's Board of Directors is NOT shown on the link that was provided? Where SHOULD one be able to find the name of the Board of Directors? You made the following statement: "The link showing the management of the differing entities under the PABN umbrella is NOT the same as the board of directors to PABN and you know this." Yet, ALL the names on the list are NOT listed as management of the DIFFERING entities. The first four names do not indicate any other "entity." So are you saying those that are not linked to the other entities could be the Board of Directors? Or was that part about the "management of different entities" just thrown in to confuse? Maybe what you are trying to imply is that the Management Team is not the same as the Board of Directors? It could be. Or are you saying that unless the page specifically calls this list the Board of Directors, it is not? Aren't some Board of Directors' comprised of individuals who are part of the management OTHER entities that are NOT even under the umbrella of the parent company? Kinda like you, jhild and marcos who don't seem to be shareholders, but seem to be on the Board of Directors of this thread, or are you guys on the Management Team? Can't say that I know who elected or even appointed you so it must have been a hostile takeover. Bill
