goldsnow,

This war in the Balkans is such a classic Liberal
American debacle. It would actually be kind of funny
if not for all the death, suffering, and destruction
caused by Clinton. I think Bubba's next move will
be to try and spend his way out of trouble. I wonder
how much American Taxpayer dollars Clinton will start
to throw around in an attempt to get out of this mess.

I can just see the meeting in the Oval Office tonight:

Clinton: How much foreign aid does Yeltsin want in
order to drop support for Milosevic?

Albright: Boris wants 10 billion, half for jobs and
half into his Swiss bank account.

Berger: Mr. President, I have the Presidents of Chad,
Sudan, and Upper Volta on conference call...they will
all make public statements condeming Milosevic for about
one billion apiece. Saddam Hussain demanded five hundred
cruise missiles in exchange for showing the bottom of his
shoe to Serbia via satelite pay-per-view.

Yea...I bet it goes something like that.
