Falconbridge has signed an agreement giving it a right of first refusal to earn a 60% interest in the Janes property in exchange for proprietary information. Falconbridge would be supplied with a copy of the report and undoubtedly is studying the content. As the ongoing negotiations are presumably with a major international Platinum/Palladium producer (which would suggest South African) then it follows that Falconbridge would be made aware of such deliberations. There will be high level meetings over the near term to determine future participation. John
