I had a tough time reading it. On OTC stocks, you can not short on downbids, but must short a 1/16 higher unless the spread is 1/16 or elss, then you can short on the offer.
I coudl not tell the bid/ask at any one time. Perhaps its the way it came formatted on my screen. On listed stocks, you look at prints. On OTC stocks, its bid/ask.
