Avalon Group Inc is a media publishing company which
specializes in providing health care and wellness information to the public,to patients, physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare
professionals.

The current trend in healthcare publishing is for large pharmaceutical
and over-the-counter product manufacturers to allocate increasing
amounts of sponsorship and promotional expenditures to reach health
professionals through direct-to-consumer programs. Avalon plans to exploit this trend by combining both traditional media such as magazines and radio with new media such as touchscreen interactive kiosks and Internet web sites.

Following the recent reorganization with Interactive Services,Inc, Avalon's main product is the Wellness Interactive Network,a Blood Pressure monitor network which offers advertisers cost-effective, targeted, large audiences. For example,Avalon has secured agreements that enable the company to sell advertising space on over 5,000 kiosks
used every month by millions of oadults interested in their health and
well-being. These kiosks used are located in the pharmacy sections of
major retail drug chains such as Walgreens,Walmart,Rite Aid,CVS,etc. Avalon plans to launch a major new healthcare magazine in late 1998 which will have a monthly circulation of at least 6 million copies.

Avalons management has a wealth of experience in the field of health
information publishing. The senior managers combine a variety of careers which include sales, marketing and advertising positions working with major pharmaceutical and healthcare companies including
Johnson & Johnson, Glaxo-Wellcome,Schering-Plough,Warner Lambert and
Bristol-Myers Squibb. The Executive Vice President previously owned and managed a publishing company whose main publication was a senior
nursing journal, and operated a media sales company that sold similar
electronic adverising in supermarkets. The management/consultant team also includes a retail pharmacist who is a veteran of the retail drug
store industry who has held lsinior positions with other similar retail kiosk companies.

Avalons future expansion plans include the acquisition of this network
of over 5,000 kiosks situated in retail and corporate locations in order to secure control of these sites and increase site rental revenues. The Company is also in the process of completing an option
agreement to a acquire a major healthcare publishing company whose
customers include many Fortune 500 companies. Avalon plans to raise approximately $30 million to complete these acquisitions within the next two years.

Please feel free to ask me any questions about Avalon and its management. Currently it is around 25 cents.
