Starnet Communications (NASDBB:SNMM) has been referred to by Forbes Magazine and ABC's Nightline as "The Microsoft of Internet Gaming Software". During the past year the company has, beyond a shadow of a doubt, proven itself worthy of that title. Starnet has firmly established itself as the leader in the development and marketing of internet gaming software. The company is fully reporting. They have a stellar business plan, and management has been executing it flawlessly. Revenues and profits are growing exponentially. That's right. I said "PROFITS"! Unlike the majority of e-commerce companies with multi-billion dollar market capitalizations, Starnet Communications has been profitable for the last two consecutive quareters. The current market capitalization is only approximately $150 Million. It is noteworthy, also, that i-gaming is among the hottest growth sectors within e-commerce. At approximately $7.75 per share, this company is grossly undervalued.

Last week Starnet filed an application for a NASDAQ National Market listing. NASDAQ reports that the approval process takes approximately 4-6 weeks, on average, and that the approval rate is in the range of 65%-85%. Starnet seems a show-in. In recent weeks a tremendous amount of interest in SNMM has been shown by major brokerage houses and institutional investors. This is looking more and more like an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the next true internet mover and shaker! Not too long ago, Ebay, Yahoo! and Amazon were BB stocks. Following their lead, Starnet Communications will be a major player in the National Market soon.

The following is a summary of some recent developments:

3/12/99 - Starnet Files Quarterly Report
- Revenues up 228.2% from the same quarter last year.
- Earnings of $0.04 compared to $0.01 for the preceding quarter and ($0.03) for the prior year period.

Good luck all!
