CTEK has developed and patented a superior laminate technology that will result in rapid growth of revenues and earnings. Manufacturing capacity is expected to jump from $100,000 in 4Q96 to $1,000,000 by 3Q97. This market exceeded 2.5 bil in 1995. The company belives it can capture at least 10% of this market. Compositechs laminates enable printed circuit board manufacturers to: decrease costs by reducing waste and drilling costs because the improved dimensional stability, temperature tolerances and enhanced smoothness increase manufacturers yields; accerlerate the develpoment of new products requiring denser circuitry by permitting finer lines and smaller pads.(Pads are portions of a conductive pattern usually, but not exclusively used for the connection and/or attachment of components); and, reduce overall manufacturing "stress" due to superior performance qualities and reliability of linear laminates. CTEKS customers include AMP circuits, AQC, Automata, Continental, HADCO, Lucent Technologies, Merix, NAPC-TYCO, Zycon. All will purchase 192 mill worth of laminates from all sources. Only 2.6mil on the float, and not all of that is really available. This appears to be a real diamond in the ruff.
