Contributors to more than one thread have suggested that this might be given its own thread since there are some who are not much interested in BEARX. Operated by David Tice Associates, the fund holds a diversified portfolio of short positions and also buys options on indexes, mainly S&P puts. The value fluctuates inversely with the markets, specifically against a technology fund such as T. Rowe Price Science and Technology. For more information see this site:
