Does anyone on SI follow this stock? NSTK adapts existing pharmaceuticals for delivery through the nasal route. Recently, NSTK moved substantially higher when the company received FDA approval of a measured delivery device for nasal administration of vitamin B12. More interesting for the future, however, is their current project, being developed for Ciga-Gigy, for nasal administration of a nicotine control medication to be sold over-the-counter. The market for this product, as a alternative to nicotine patches & gum could be huge! Currently the company (which trades on Small Cap NASDAQ) has only 4,500,000 shares outstanding, with 24% owned by insiders. Because of low liquidity the stock spread is large. However, the company is planning a 2 million share secondary, which should ultimately narrow the spread.

The 2 year chart on NSK shows a powerful uptrend. The company is currently making a profit and appears to have a very bright future. Commentary on NSTK would be welcome.
