IVS Intelligent Vehicle systems Inc. (symbol IVM on vancouver) is a leading edge developer of innovative PC based vechicle diagnostic systems. its technology represents a revolution in vechicle maintence and repair capabilities, and positions IVS to dominate the diagnostic, maintence and repair, and emissions testing requirments of the moderen transportation industry.

The company's products enable service technicians to monitor and evaulte a vehicles operating performance in real time, locally or remotely, while the vehicle is stationary or mobile. an on site repair technician is able to remotely transmit all the performance data from a vehicle's on-board computor to a GE hotline specialist, to fundamentally diagnose, in real time, the cause of a vehcile's failure. the products can also incorporate other capabilities such as Global Positioning(GPS), exhaust analyzers, and anti-theft security systemsl

There is no other product available that can provide these comprehensive features. as a result, several leading vehicle test equipment manufactures and suppliers are now negotiating strtegic agreements to acquire the IVS/GE technology. By integrating the IVS technology, these companies will advance the capabilities of their existing vehicle test products, the effectiveness of their equipment and technicians, and also satisfy the stringest requirments of the emissions testing programs.

At this time, IVS is targeting both the long haul truck and light vehicle markets. IVS intends to supply these two expansive markets through strategic partnerships with North America's leading manufactures and suppliers of vehicle test equipment. To this end, IVS has a collaborative agreement with GE Capital Fleet Services (GE) to jointly market their products and services, a memorandum of understanding with Hewlett-Packard company (HP) to provide manufacturing and quality control, and business development, a letter of intent with company A to manufacture and distribute IVS products to the light vechicle industry and automotive test equipment manufactures, and a letter of intent with companyB to integrate IVS technology into its product line. IVS intends to capitalize on these relaionships to supply its products to the automotive and truck markets and position its technology as the industry standard for vehicle diagnostics, testing , maintence, and repair.

this coming year promises some significant business development milestones for IVS. the company intends to complete a contract to supply IVS technology to a major truck manufacture, and, in association wtih industry leaders in the manufacturing and distribution of vehicle test equipment, to launch its products to the automotive and truck services and repair industries.

so there you have it a company that trades for around $ 1.00 cd. but yet is working with General Electric, and Hewlett-Packard, give this company time and it could be the next microsoft in the automobile industry. symbol IVM on vancouver

please respond if anybodyelse follows this company!!!!!
