Here is an undiscovered company.

This company uses proprietary software to recover over payments to vendors. As an example, Wal Mart, one of the companies biggest customers buys millions of bottles of shampoo a month to sell to its customers. During the month the price will change about 20 times. The manufacturer will offer volume discounts, rebates etc. After the day is over Wal Mart employees will go over the days purchases and try to find any over payments to vendors. When they are done they provide all the information to PRGX. As for Wal Mart and any other typical customer every $100,000,000 in sales results in $1, 000,000 dollars of revenue to PRGX. They get to keep a percentage of savings that have been found for their clients. As companies move to EDI the auditable amount of transactions becomes greater and PRGX can recover more revenue for its client and themselves.

The great thing about this company is that clients have nothing to lose. They are only charged on a contingency basis. This has lead to a rapid rate of growth for PRGX. They are taking their technology to other industries such as the computer industry and auditing government purchases and company tax returns.

Currently the company sales are about 100+ million a year. The company expects to reach about a billion in sales in the next few years. The company is growing EPS at about 35% growth rate and is trading at a discount to that growth. A good buy!!
