This 11/14/97 IPO promises to turn Cree Research's single crystal SiC manufactured diamond substitute gems into a highly profitable business. The proprietary manufacturing process turns out stones second only to diamond in hardness and better in visual characteristics. No other substitute has come close. Cree and C3, each run by one of the Hunter brothers have a mutually beneficial contractual relationship that should provide stable supplies of product to C3's sales and market development efforts well into the future. This IPO has generated enormous interest among individual and institutional investors and may prove to be one of the big Nasdaq success stories. It has sizzle, sparkle, and sex appeal!
