This thread is for discussing the DATEK (http://www.datek.com)
user interface, including the nuts and bolts of HTML programming.
Participants are invited not only to make suggestions as to what
the DATEK programmers could change, but also to submit their own
HTML code, or links to sites with pages they have designed.

After a recent revamping of their user interface (Web pages) a
lively and sometimes acrimonious discussion has broken out among
DATEK users regarding just about everything: the trade-off between
nice graphics and speed, what belongs on which page for best ease
of use, and even how to distribute the load among servers.

This thread is concerned only with Web page design. Please do NOT
post questions or comments about stock trading in general or about
experiences with individual orders or any other service from DATEK.

This thread may or may not be followed by employees from DATEK,
but in any case, if you have a complaint about their service,
please send it directly to their Customer Service department via
email (support@datek.com) If you feel compelled to post a flame,
then do it on another thread.
