I'm creating this thread as the one place where you can come to vent your frustrations with your online discount broker, whichever one it might be. I recently did a little "venting" on the Ameritrade thread and I realized shortly thereafter that since I didn't own any stock in Ameritrade, I had vented in the wrong place and that there was a need to have a "safe place" to express my displeasure with the service I had been getting. To the holders in AMTD stock, I offer my apologies.

Some say that when you deal with a discount broker, you get what you pay for, but I just don't buy that. For some reason or another, I've decided that what these brokers advertise (i.e. fast executions, good service, and low prices) is exactly what I'm supposed to be getting!

So if you feel the service you've been getting from your online discount broker has not been as advertized, then this is the place to do your venting! Go ahead..........you'll feel better!
