I am introducing this thread in the main area. There is a thread in the five dollars and under area that was started in 1996 but now the stock is $12 and still appears to be very undervalued. The old thread can be reached at: exchange2000.com Here are some quick numbers on the latest reported numbers from ALR: Revenues: 1996--- 104 million 1997--- 134.5 million Earnings: 1996--- 4.8 million 1997--- 8.6 million EPS : 1996--- 1.08/share 1997--- 1.88/share Backlog as of 4/1/98 is also at $154 million and the company has a market capitalization of just $56 million. The company is a defense and electronic security company based out of Northern Virginia and appears to be on the right track. One thing that is likely keeping the share price down is that news is not widely publicized on the company on Yahoo or other sources and you need to go to cfonews.com to get news on the company. As always, please research any company that you plan to invest in carefully before investing in it. | ||||||||||||||
