Eco Resources International Inc. has been generating substantial trading volume since I bought this to the attention of the investors on Saturday the 15 th. Message 5501594 zdii.com My sources tell me the short interest is as high as 2 mm. This stock has been beaten (shorted) down from a recent $ 6 down to $ 0.03 due to total collapse in the mining industry. It has been trading relative quietly until recently. The 12 month projected income is about 23.9 mm and even at a modest P/E of 10 this stock is worth atleast 8 dollars. Here is what I have gathered from my conversation with the management and a review of their business plan. The company was formed as a Nevada Corporation in August 1990 to primarily acquire desirable companies. Eco Resources International Inc. has been exclusively a gold mining company up until recently with the operations located in the republic of Kyrgyzstan. The gold reserves that were acquired in that country exceed $ 100 million U.S Dollars.. Currently outstanding are 30,153,958 common shares with about 5,153,958 in the float. I was told a closed end fund and an insider has locked up about 4 mm of the float recently. ECOI has recently embarked on an ambitious program to acquire several travelling shows with performance records and become a player in the entertainment sector. Towards this end they have recently purchased in July 1998 Le Cirque Imperial Inc for 12 mm common shares. biz.yahoo.com This is a spectacular show performed on the ICE by the Russian performers and is bound to be a huge hit in the U.S.A In August 1998 ECOI purchased Pyramid Free standing Structures, Inc. Pyramid has the technology for "The Pyramid" A portable venue that can be erected in 5 days. The current showing for this package has received excellent reviews and has demonstrated a high profit profile. The performance is a lively blend of circus style performances. He has extensive entertainment industry experience and will use his industry relationship to provide a viable entity and meet the objective of this company. He is considered to be one of the most knowledgeable and experienced executives in the international entertainment scenes and has a degree in industrial Engineering from UC and also a law degree. Charles J. Weber - for the past 20 years he has been a successful key executive in the entertainment/communication Industry.
