I am starting this thread because Datek took 9 minutes to cancel my order to sell NAVR at 26. When the cancellation was confirmed NAVR was at 17. I lost $31,500 because my online brokerage firm didn;t do it's job. I placed a trade inquiry and was told my compensation would be ten free trades. What a slap in the face. We the small investors demand more efficient service. I am starting this forum so that people can log their complaints. With enough victims we can bind together and force a class action lawsuit if necessary.
