Introduction Compact

I want to up-grade my existing 33.6K modem in my HP7320 to 56K. But the HP
refuses to accept the replacement USR
Winmodem inplace of the AT&T unit. The
install wizard can not use the com port
for any other modem except the factory installed AT&T!!!

Any ideas will be much appreciated.
